On Wednesday the Boise City Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts honored the achievements of four of their scouts, at the Boise City Rotary meeting.  Cesar Armas, Bryce Bolton, Branden James, and Kolby White were all honored for receiving the highest award in Cub Scouts, the Arrow of Light.  Den Leader Cheryl Taylor was very instrumental in guiding these Cub Scouts to accomplish the Arrow of Light award which is the only award that carries over to the Boy Scouts.

The Cub Scout must complete all requirements and achieve the Arrow of Light in order to become a Boy Scout.  The Arrow of Light Award is a milestone accomplishment for the Boy Scouts, and we are all very proud of their hard work and dedication.   The Boise City Rotary Club has chartered and supported the Boise City Boy Scouts for several years.  The Rotary Club has not only contributed to the progress of the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts throughout the years in not only contributions, but also in extra time spent in mentoring the scouts.  The Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts would like to thank all the Rotary Club for their continuing support of the Boise City Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts.
